The New Harvest Foundation Board of Directors has voted to award StageQ™ a grant for partial funding of The Twilight of the Golds. An unprecedented 18 applications, requesting more than $36,000, were received. StageQ's™ grant was one of nine awards funded in the organization's second cycle of grants for the calendar year.

The New Harvest Foundation is a nonprofit benevolent and educational organization incorporated in 1984 under Wisconsin law. Its mission is to raise and distribute funds to benefit gay, lesbian, and bisexual causes. Since its beginning, the Foundation has given over $250,000 in needed funding to over 50 organizations or programs, primarily in the Dane County area.

These grants have fallen into several broad areas of community concern:

  • Advocating the civil rights of gays and lesbians.
  • Achieving public understanding of the community.
  • Assisting parents and youth with personal concerns.
  • Maintaining health and caring for the ill.
  • Dealing with problems related to sexual identity and relationships.
  • Supporting creative expression through the arts and writing.

The New Harvest Foundation received financial support from many donors, most of whom contribute under a periodic pledge system. One-time gifts and bequests are also received. New Harvest is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. All donations are fully tax deductible.

StageQ™ deeply thanks the New Harvest Foundation for its support!
