Lisa M. Konoplisky hails from the Philadelphia area. She received her BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania and was a Thomas Watson Fellow in Brighton, England. She is currently completing her MFA in Creative Writing at Columbia College in Chicago, where she also teaches writing to undergraduates. Lisa is the resident sketch writer for the improv group
Without Annette and has acted with the group since1999.
After studying acting and voice in Philadelphia and New York, she worked with Theatre X and American Inside Theatre in Milwaukee. Lisa most recently served as Assistant Director for the University Theatre production of
Stop Kiss.
